A great class for all levels wanting to keep their exercise regime varied, interesting and challenging. Top class instructor keeping you motivated! Give it a go, you won't be disappointed!
I have attended this class every week. I feel it has improved my overall fitness as it really helps to build up my strength, stamina/cardio and improve my breathing. I enjoy this class and have now signed up to do boxing where this training will get me ready. Take a look, give it a go. It is well worth it!!!
